PC or Pass Live Rules:

Entry: Join the livestream and enter your username into the Google Form pinned at the top of the chat.

Watch: If your name is drawn, we open the packs.

The Choice is yours:

Personal Collection (PC): We mail the cards to you at no cost.

Pass: Your name is added to the "Your Binder" giveaway spreadsheet. The physical cards are then packaged into "Mini Packs" and distributed to local schools or stocked in Little Free Libraries to help kids start their own collections.

"Your Binder" Giveaway Rules:

The Source: Duplicates pulled during daily PC or Pass shorts (7:30 PM Central).

Eligibility: You must be a member of "The Binder Collectors" Discord server or have chosen to "Pass" during a previous live stream.

The Spin: Winners are chosen via a wheel spin during daily shorts.

Claim: Winners will be emailed within 48 hours of the short being published, to claim your prize, all you need to do is provide a shipping address. You will NEVER be asked to pay shipping if you win anything from VIPofNothing.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Residency
This giveaway is open to participants worldwide, provided that the shipment of prizes to the winner’s location is not prohibited by applicable laws, trade restrictions, or postal regulations. By entering, you represent that you are a legal resident of a jurisdiction where such giveaways are permitted. PokeVIP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner. In the event that a winner is drawn from a region where delivery is legally restricted or cannot be fulfilled through standard shipping carriers, that entry will be deemed void and a new winner will be selected.

2. Entry Methods
There are two primary ways to enter PokeVIP giveaways:
PC or Pass Live: Entry is via the unique Google Form pinned to the livestream chat.
"Your Binder" Daily Giveaways: Entry is reserved for current members of "The Binder Collectors" Discord server or participants who have previously chosen to "Pass" on a win during a PC or Pass Live stream.

3. The "Pass" and Community Donation
If a participant is drawn during a PC or Pass Live stream and chooses to "Pass":
The physical cards from that opening are forfeited by the winner and donated to local schools or "Little Free Libraries" to support youth collection and Gameplay.
The participant’s username is added to the "Your Binder" giveaway spreadsheet for future eligibility in daily duplicate drawings.

4. Verification
The winner must be a current subscriber or follower of VIPofNothing on at least one platform (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram). We reserve the right to request a screenshot of your subscription status before the prize is shipped. For "Your Binder" entries, Discord membership will be verified.

5. The "No-Cost" Guarantee
PokeVIP is responsible for all outbound shipping costs. The prize and standard shipping are provided at zero cost to the winner. VIPofNothing will NEVER:

Ask for PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp "shipping fees."
Ask for credit card information.
Request "insurance payments" to release the item.

Note: Any such request is a scam and should be reported immediately.

6. Prize Claiming & Timeline
Notification: Winners will be notified via the email provided at the time of entry.
Response Window: You have 7 Days to respond with your shipping details. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, a new winner will be selected to ensure cards get to the community quickly.
Claiming: To claim, you only need to provide a valid shipping address.

7. Liability
VIPofNothing is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube, Discord, or any other social media platform where the content is posted.
